Our featured scholars are Rosemarie Garland-Thomson (Professor Emerita of English and Bioethics, Emory University) and Andrew Walker-Cornetta (Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, Georgia State University). We will workshop Garland-Thomson’s “Requiem for a Eugenicist: Virginia Woolf” and the introduction of Walker-Cornetta’s The Most Probable Saints of God: Cognitive Disability and the Catholic Imagination in Postwar America
