Join us to hear from leading labor economist Thomas Lemieux, whose work has shaped the field for decades. He will discuss his recent research on unions and collective bargaining, building on his extensive scholarship on earnings inequality. 

Thomas Lemieux is a professor at the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University. Lemieux researches the issue of earnings inequality worldwide, as well as the econometric methods used to analyze the earnings distribution and regression discontinuity designs.
