This class aims to educate staff engaged in the fiscal administration of sponsored projects. It provides an overview of how to navigate the Spectrum (PeopleSoft) Grants Modules including Grants Module integration, navigation, system functionality, and reports and queries.

This workshop also covers the importance of monthly expenditure reviews, conducting basic expenditure review functions that are supported by the Spectrum system, and highlights best practices for reviewing expenditures on sponsored awards at GSU.
