Many of our students have unmet financial need even after scholarships, grants and loans. Rising textbook costs can present significant barriers to students achieving in the classroom and graduating. Affordability expands access, promotes student success, and fosters educational equity. This workshop will discuss ways to make higher education more affordable and accessible for students. We will highlight tips and strategies for instructors to reimagine and transform courses through the use of low- and no-cost materials and open education resources.
