About the Event: Master’s and doctoral finalists across various fields will compete separately, with each having exactly three minutes to present their research in a clear and compelling way. Judges will award first, second and third place to the best presenters in each category. The audience will cast their vote for the People's Choice winner.

What is 3MT? The 3MT is an academic competition that challenges master's and Ph.D. students to describe their research within three minutes to a general audience. 3MT celebrates the discoveries made by research students and encourages their skill in communicating the importance of research to the broader community.
