You know how Atlanta likes to do festivals in the middle of summer and charge exorbiant prices for water? We do too…but in a bug-free, air conditioned space with free H2O and lots of faculty fun! Join us for the first annual TeachFest, held concurrently on GSU’s Atlanta and Clarkston campuses. At TeachFest, you’ll find many opportunities to drop in and out of formal, informal and community events. Here’s what you can expect:

• Stories: Your fellow faculty will share their wisdom in a series of practical talks, interactive sessions and roundtables.
• Community: Talk with your peers in spaces dedicated to social time. We’ll also have a variety of interactive activities that you can contribute to on your own in these spaces.
• Peace: Need to go hide for a while? We’ve got that covered!
• Food: Lunch wil be provided to the first 100 registrants. Lunch tickets are now sold out as of 8/8 at 5 p.m. A limited number of additional lunch tickets will be available first come, first serve at the check-in desk. Both Atlanta and Clarkston also have excellent nearby food if you'd like to go out!
• Swag: The first 60 registrants will be guaranteed a fancy festival bag. Ooooooo!
• Surprises: To be revealed!
