 ch-practice partnerships and case studies\, Dr. Liao explores approaches a
 nd strategies to integrate and enhance computational thinking skills and a
 ddress equity issues in computing education. Her current projects investig
 ate the development of computer science teacher preparation pathways and t
 he integration of computing and AI concepts into teacher education curricu
 la through collaborative design processes with educators and leaders.\n \n
 \nNasim Mousavi\nAssistant Professor\, Computer Information Systems\nJ. Ma
 ck Robinson College of Business\n\nNasim Mousavi is an assistant professor
  of computer information systems at the Robinson College of Business. Her 
 research focuses on the socioeconomic aspects of technology and how to des
 ign technologies that maximize social welfare and economic outcomes. Her r
 ecent studies specifically explore how students interact with technology t
 o identify optimal designs that enhance student achievement.\n \n\nPatrick
  Parsons\nAssociate Director\, Legal Technology & Innovation\nExecutive Di
 rector\, Legal Analytics & Innovation Initiative\nCollege of Law\n\nIn his
  role\, Patrick oversees LAII programs and projects\, including curriculum
  development\, educational programming\, and school-wide date and analytic
 s support. He also manages and teaches in the College of Law Legal Analyti
 cs and Innovation certificate program\, which includes two unique curricul
 ar pathways focusing on legal analytics or legal technology and innovation
 . Under Patrick's leadership\, LAII and the Georgia State College of Law h
 ave been recognized on numerous occasions as one of the most innovative pr
 ograms in the country for legal tech and innovation.\n\n\nPatrick Beatty\,
  '99\nFractional Executive and Investor\n\nPatrick is an investor in deep 
 tech and a former tech leader and academic. In his many years in venture a
 t Prosus\, one of the largest VC groups in the world\, investing across mu
 ltiple industries and almost every continent\, he invested\, mentored\, an
 d was a board member for edtech companies. In addition\, he is the chairma
 n of the board for a local STEM education non-profit and works with commun
 ity colleges on deep tech internships and workforce development across Cal
