What is WLE?
WLE is a six-week leadership cohort for students interested in having robust discussions about representation, empowerment, overcoming barriers, and defying stereotypes.

Requirements:
You must be actively enrolled in Spring 2024 courses.
You must be able to attend all sessions.
No traditional leadership title or experience necessary- this experience is about growth, no matter where you're starting.
