BeWellPanthers is collaborating with campus partners and others to share some fun-filled Spring College Packs (i.e., food, hygiene products and more). Contact Student Health Promotion if you would like some Spring College Packs for your activities and events. The theme for the Spring College Packs is, "You Belong Here," reminding students they belong and are part of the Georgia State University community. The college pack includes six simple steps to practicing mindfulness along with a Hear me ROAR as a call out to all students to use their voices to share stories about their struggles to help normalize the discussion of well-being. #PanthersMentalHealthMatters College Packs will be distributed throughout all Georgia State University campuses and departments, Panther's Pantry, Library, Decatur Campus, Financial Aid, Atlanta Campus, Student Life, all campuses.
