College and life can be stressful. This workshop will provide mindfulness and self-care techniques to use in stressful scenarios. It will provide a list of resources from the campus and beyond and give students and staff an opportunity to focus on their mental health.
THIS IS AN ONLINE WORKSHOP CONDUCTED VIA WEBEX.
You will need speakers or headphones, or you can listen via phone. You do not need a microphone.
