This workshop explores unique approaches to serving families using the Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors framework diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles. Participants learn to embed the protective factors into practices while collaboratively engaging in DEIA-focused dialogue and activities to formulate strategies for fostering welcoming environments for all families.
