Andrea Stumpf, JD, is not only a lawyer at the World Bank, but also the descendant of the princess Sayyida Reute, the youngest of 36 children of the Sayyid, or ruler, of Zanizbar and Oman, Sa'id bin Sultan (d. 1856). She will be discussing her new publications, based on research in family archives, including the fascinating memoirs and letters of the Princess, especially her time in Germany.
