  inequitable access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among Black and Lat
 ino men who have sex with men (BLMSM) across the levels of the Social Ecol
 ogical Model (SEM): microsystem (individual-level)\, mesosystem (interpers
 onal-level)\, exosystem (community-level)\, and macrosystem (structural-le
 vel). The results from this scan can advance community engagement around H
 IV biomedical prevention through a culturally sensitive approach for BLMSM
  across multiple ecological tiers.
