Mastering Online Teaching: Accessibility for Documents & Presentations designed to familiarize you with the digital standards for Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and PDF files. In this course, you'll learn to:

  • Identify inaccessible PDFs
  • Format text documents to meet WCAG standards (in Word and PowerPoint, e.g.)
  • Use accessibility checkers to review and correct documents (when necessary)
  • Remediate a scanned or untagged PDF

The course opens April 6th and runs until April 10th with time after for submitting the final assessment. Though, it’s a self-paced course, so you may finish earlier if you choose.

Register today to be added to the iCollege course.  Details and link to access the course will be emailed out.

Registrants should use their GSU employee email addresses rather than personal email addresses.
