Our keynote speaker this year and GSU alum, T. Dallas Smith, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at T. Dallas Smith & Company and an innovator in the commercial real estate community. He is the new Chair of the University System of Georgia's Board of Regents beginning January 1, 2025. He is passionate about cultivating and developing diverse talent to help shape the commercial real estate industry.

Admission to the event is FREE for everyone. However, because the food for this event is paid for from Student Fees, only current GSU students will be issued wristbands after checking in with their PIN Pass to be able to access the food. Any non-students who want to join in the food portion of the event can pay $15 (credit card only) at check-in to also receive a wristband.
