Join us for a Mindful Eating experience. Mindful Eating can help you develop a deeper connection with your food and cultivate a healthier relationship with eating. Discover the art of savoring every bite as you embark on a journey of mindful eating. Videos will be posted at 4pm for you to watch in your own time.

Our Registered Dietitian and Mindful Eating practitioner will guide you through the process of tuning into your senses, becoming more aware of the flavors, textures, and aromas of your meals.
