MBD is committed to providing an enriching, interdisciplinary, and mentored environment for training its fellows who hail from different streams of natural and computational sciences (biology, chemistry, physics/astronomy, neuroscience, math/stats, and computer science). We at MBD are striving to create opportunities for our fellows to promote cross-fertilization of ideas through interdisciplinary thinking and approaches by galvanizing links between faculty and students alike from disparate specialties.
