This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout.

Fridays, 11am-12pmAerobic/Dance StudioStudent Recreation Center, Atlanta Campus

All group fitness classes are FREE and registration is NOT required to attend. Space is limited and participants are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to start time to allow for check-in. Class formats and locations are subject to change.

Spring semester fitness classes will run from January 16 - April 19. There will be no fitness classes March 11-17.
