This session has been designed with managers and aspiring managers in mind. It creates a space and provides tools to assist participants in building a new model for addressing conflict around differences in the workplace. Further, this workshop will facilitate participants’ clarification of those diversity competencies needed to manage others more effectively in a diverse and global workplace.
