• Overview of finding material from the library's website, with emphasis on databases and articles
• Finding resources by type, such books/eBooks, articles, data and measurements, websites, gray literature, legislation and policy
• Using Google tools such domain/filetype operators, gScholar Library Links, cited reference searches
• A citation manager demo
