This event is designed to provide an overview of key legal considerations for small businesses that are currently owned by their workers or are contemplating becoming a business owned by their workers. After a general introduction of worker cooperatives and the larger solidarity economy of which they are part, the presentation will go through several key legal considerations that will be applicable particularly to worker cooperatives, but that can also be useful for conventional businesses.
