Explore the Leader in you! Leadership DNA is a four session series to deepen your understanding of how you define and understand leadership and, more specifically, your leadership identity. Students develop foundational to a more developed sense of their "personal" power, vision, and potential. Participants completing the program leave with a document of their self-learning and short-term goals and strategies to guide the next steps of their leadership journey.

Additionally, students earn valuable credit towards the Student Leadership Certificate's silver, gold, platinum, and diamond levels. Those completing the Diamond level qualify for the sought-after leadership graduation cord.

Module #1. Why Your Leadership Matters to College and Career: A practical look at leadership and why it matters to students' academic progression and career success.
Module #2. Explore Your Power, Purpose, and Identity: A guide to deeper self-awareness and exploring your power, potential, and aspirations.
Module #3. Leadership Styles & Personal SWOT: What your assessments tell you about yourself.
Module #4. Developing Your Action Plans for Today & the Future: Where are you going? How will you get there?
