Explore the Leader in you! Leadership DNA is a series of four-workshops designed to deepen your understanding of how you define, apply, and strengthen leadership, especially your leadership identity. Students develop a foundation for a more refined sense of their personal power, vision, purpose, and potential. Participants completing the program leave with a document of their self-discovery, along with short-term goals and strategies to guide the next steps in their academic and career leadership journey. Engage with your peers in exploring the strengths, abilities, and growth areas that make your leadership journey uniquely yours.

Additionally, students earn valuable credit towards the Student Leadership Certificate's silver, gold, platinum, and diamond levels. Students completing the Diamond level qualify for the sought-after leadership graduation cord.

SESSIONS SCHEDULE:

Sept. 9 - Session #1. Why Leadership Matters to Your College and Career: A practical look at leadership and why it matters to students' academic progression and career success.

Sept. 16 - Session #2. Explore Your Power, Purpose, and Identity: A guide to deeper self-awareness and exploring your power, potential, and aspirations.

Sept. 23 - Session #3. Leadership Styles & Your Personal SWOT Analysis: What your assessments tell you about yourself and how you will use the insights for your benefit.

Sept. 30 - Session #4. Developing Your Action Plans for Today & the Future: Where are you going? How will you get there?
