The ability to communicate effectively and confidently is critical for students. Leaders Communicate is a staff and student leader co-led series providing basic to more developed skills and strategies in human communication while emphasizing learning by doing. The three-part series meets in person and online. Students who complete all three in the series will receive a Certificate of Achievement and Leadership Programs swag (usually a t-shirt or cap).


Each training provides credit towards the Student Leadership Certificate's silver, gold, platinum, or diamond level presented during the annual Royal Flame Awards. Diamond-level achievers also receive the leadership graduation cord. Snacks provided.
