The keynote speaker will be Corinna Barrett Lain, author of the new book, Secrets of the Killing State: The Untold Story of Lethal Injection. She will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Emory University History Professor Daniel LaChance, the Chief of the Capital Habeas Unit for the Fourth Circuit Gerald ("Bo") W.
