Many non-native speakers of English find pronunciation challenging. In this workshop we will look into the components of English pronunciation: segmental (consonants and vowels) and suprasegmental (stress, rhythm, and intonation) features. Then, we will discuss the features that make pronunciation challenging and useful tips that make us sound more intelligible when we teach in English.
