Accelerate how you understand and apply your leadership.
Leadership DNA (iCollege) is a self-paced program designed to help students deepen how they understand and apply their leadership. More specifically, their leadership identity. Participants work independently and at their own pace throughout the semester in iCollege, completing a series of five modules. An exciting feature of the program is students' access to two embedded leadership development coaches who provide feedback, answer questions, and share updates about other programs and projects hosted by the Office of Leadership & Service.

In Leadership DNA, students move from a foundational to a more developed sense of their personal power, vision, purpose, and potential. In the process of completing all five modules, participants develop a personalized document outlining their self-reflections, short-term goals, and strategies to guide the next steps in their college-to-career leadership journey.

Additionally, students earn credits for each completed module. These credits count toward the Student Leadership Certificate and ultimately the leadership graduation cord.
