DESCRIPTION:Accelerate how you understand and use your leadership. Students
  work in iCollege at their own pace during the semester to complete the Le
 adership DNA series. RSVP to gain access or to attend the information sess
 ion presented by the Office of Leadership & Service. The portal opens on F
 ebruary12\, and closes on April 28\, 2025. After February 12\, students wh
 o RSVP should have access to iCollege within 72 hours. \n \nLeadership DNA
  (iCollege) is a self-paced program for students to deepen how they unders
 tand and use their leadership\, more specifically\, their leadership ident
 ity. Students explore foundational to a more developed sense of their "per
 sonal" power\, vision\, purpose\, and potential. Participants completing t
 he five modules of the program leave with a document of their self-learnin
 g\, short-term goals\, and strategies to guide the next steps of their col
 lege to career leadership journey.\n \nAdditionally\, students participati
 ng in the program earn valuable credit for each completed module. Each cre
 dit earn points towards the Student Leadership Certificate's silver\, gold
 \, platinum\, or diamond levels and the sought after leadership graduation
  cord. \n \nModules:\nModule #1.  Why Leadership Matters: A practical look
  at leadership and why it matters to students' academic progression and ca
 reer success.  \n \nModule #2.  Power\, Purpose\, and Identity: A guide to
  deeper self-awareness and understanding of your personal story\, power\, 
 potential\, and aspirations.\n \nModule #3. Leadership Style\, Personal S.
 W.O.T. Analysis\, & Strengths Finder: What your assessments tell you about
  yourself.\n \nModule #4. Developing an Action Plan: Where are you going? 
  How will you get there?\n \nModule #5. Connecting the dots: Your leadersh
