Deepen how you understand and use your leadership. Students work in iCollege at their own pace during the semester to complete the Leadership DNA series. RSVP to gain access or to attend the information session presented by the Office of Leadership & Service. The portal opens on August 19, 2024. One of the unique benefits of the program is access to leadership coaches who provide feedback.

Leadership DNA (iCollege) is a self-paced program for students to deepen how they understand and use their leadership, more specifically, their leadership identity. Students explore foundational to a more developed sense of their "personal" power, vision, purpose, and potential. Participants completing the five modules of the program leave with a document of their growth, short-term goals, self-reflections, and strategies to guide the next steps of their college to career leadership journey.

Additionally, students participating in the program earn valuable credit for each completed module. Each credit earn points towards the Student Leadership Certificate's silver, gold, platinum, or diamond levels. Students who RSVP should have access to iCollege within 72 hours.
