We are the Georgia State University Global Game Jam site! The Creative Media Industries Institute hosts and sponsors this site.

While our jam is for university students, we are open to anyone 18+ interested in participating in GGJ. Our site will open on the 30th at 12 p.m., with a keynote at 4 p.m. and a theme reveal and beginning of the jam at 5 p.m. We will host small events throughout the jam for people to take breaks with, such as Just Dance and Karaoke. The Game Jam will end at 5 p.m. Feb. 1, followed by a final showcase and judging until 9 p.m. at the latest. Judges include industry representatives from the Georgia Game Developers Association. The jam site is open for the full 48 hours.

PCs with Unity, Unreal, Blender and more are available for jammer use. We also welcome jammers to bring their own technology! We have paid food options around the building.
There will be info sessions leading up to the event.

Participants must register through the GGJ site page, our itch.io page, and our sign-up form. We also have a Discord for people to join.
