Fun Fitness Fridays: All About Abs

Are you wanting to increase your physical activity?

Come join EDWS for a workout. Facilitated by EDWS Health and Wellness Coordinator and Exercise Physiologist Toni Pelote.

This week's workout will focus on modifed abdominal exercises using a chair. 

Please come prepared with comfortable clothes, shoes, water, and a positive attitude! This class is open to everybody at all fitness levels!

When joining, please take note of the following items - 

  • If you can clear an approximately 8ft x 8ft space (living room size), that would be great.
  • If you have access to a chair, such as a dining room or desk chair, that does NOT have wheels, please have that on standby.
  • Although some of you may be telecommuting, please make sure to wear proper shoes for optimal safety.

Exercising may cause conditions such as dizziness, light-headedness, disorientation, exhuastion, or other signs/symptoms that put the exerciser at risk. If you experience any of these signs/symtoms, you should cease exercising immediately and take a break. If your symptoms persist, contact your physician.
