The College of Education & Human Development's Office of Graduate Student Services will hold a Graduate Student Workshop on Wednesday, June 17, at 11 a.m. in a virtual format.

This session aims to equip graduate students with essential skills for effectively locating and using scholarly literature. The presentation will introduce foundational tools such as Google Scholar and the library’s Discover search platform, while guiding participants in navigating subject-specific databases. Attendees will learn strategies for refining search results, identifying high-quality academic sources and selecting effective keywords. The session will also highlight advanced research techniques to support efficient, targeted and successful academic research.
