DESCRIPTION:Join us to learn about the Writing Across the Curriculum Progra
 m which supports faculty who develop and teach writing-intensive courses a
 t the undergraduate level. We will discuss how the program works and how y
 ou can apply for a WAC Course Development Grant. These $2\,000 grants supp
 ort faculty who create course syllabi and writing assignments over the sum
 mer. To receive the grant\, faculty must take part in a two-day workshop i
 n early May to help develop and deliver a writing-intensive course. If you
  are interested in WAC in general or in applying for the grant (or both!)\
 , this workshop is for you!
