Atlanta-based hornist Mackenzie Newell leads a masterclass for GSU students. An active performer and educator, Newell has performed with ensembles including the Atlanta Symphony, Atlanta Opera, Chattanooga Symphony, and serves as fourth horn with the Atlanta Ballet. She is also on faculty at Kennesaw State University, Reinhardt University, and the Atlanta Chamber Music Festival.
