“Echoes of Intimacy” explores the expressive dialogue between violin and piano across a century of chamber music. The recital opens with Florence Price’s Adoration — a work of tender lyricism and spiritual warmth by one of America’s pioneering Black composers. It continues with Johannes Brahms’ Sonata No. 1 in G Major, a cornerstone of the violin repertoire known for its poetic depth, autumnal glow, and heartfelt interplay between instruments.

The program concludes with the rich and imaginative Six Pieces by Ottorino Respighi, which transport listeners through a vivid landscape of Italian lyricism, impressionistic color, and virtuosic nuance.
