This course is designed to (i) acquaint participants with application of the Equal Opportunity, Non-Discrimination, and Anti-Harassment (EONDAH) Policy, (ii) familiarize participants with the categories protected from discrimination and harassment by federal and state law, (iii) familiarize participants with definitions of discrimination, harassment, protected activity, and retaliation, (iv) familiarize participants with types of misconduct prohibited by the EONDAH policy, (v) familiarize participants with reporting mechanisms and (vi) provide participants with an overview of the complaint and investigation process.
