It can be challenging at times to engage with group members especially when members come and go. In this interactive session, Will McArthur, Graduate Assistant for Student Recreation, will lead you through activities designed to help people feel included and encourage participation in organizations. You will leave with some hands-on activities and debriefing ideas that you can take back to your own organizations.
