This course is designed to (i) give attendees a better understanding of pitfalls and best practices related to the hiring process; (ii) provide tools in hiring the best candidate; (iii) review federal/state laws and university policies related to employment compliance; and (iv) acquaint attendees with equitable, inclusive recruiting and interviewing practices.
