With the end of winter break wearing off and the start of the semester ramping up, have you noticed that you are starting to feel stressed? Has it been harder for you to figure out ways to cope? Or maybe you've noticed previous coping strategies for stress are no longer working. The Georgia State Counseling Center is hosting a series of 4 workshop events called the Be Well Workshop. This workshop begins on February 22nd and meets every Tuesday until March 22nd. The workshop will start at 11 am and end at 12pm. Here you will learn ways for identifying when you are stressed, develop your own personalized coping plan, and acquire skills and strategies that will be helpful you to apply to other concerns in the future.
