This workshop walks through the various processes, roles, and responsibilities shared in initiating a new sponsored award. This discusses how to route the various forms of award notice. Budget setup, cost share accounts, pre-award or advance accounts, compliance checks, how to read a NOAA. It also will provide insights into how to plan project spending, onboard project personnel, and how to initiate and manage subawards.
