It is under the leadership of Dr. Gladys M. The South Atlantic Center develops academic and artistic projects in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences in the southeastern region of the U.S.A, Europe, the Caribbean, and South America. The French Ministry of Higher Education and Research as well as the Ministry of European Affairs are supporters of the SACIdA.
